Three years ago, Charlie Walters embarked on his career with the H3 Group as an apprentice. During this time, he has absorbed a wealth of knowledge from senior engineers, college courses, and the company’s comprehensive career development plan. Recently, Charlie achieved a significant milestone by qualifying as a fully-fledged engineer.

Now, Charlie is poised to take on new responsibilities, including mentoring apprentices and leading individual projects. We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Charlie to discuss his remarkable journey and experiences at the H3 Group

The H3 Group is proud to announce the appointment of Dan Hardman following the decision by Phil and Amanda Hardman to step down from their duties. Dan’s appointment comes after he successfully completed a management buyout, supported by the Development Bank of Wales. This transition marks a new chapter for the company.
