H3 worked very closely with us to ensure that the installation of all the required fire fighting equipment was installed in time for handover by the principal contractor. Timescales were tight and vehicle access was due to be restricted as the project reached its final phase. Without the equipment installed, the site would not have met our internal Safety Validation checkpoint meaning handover wouldn’t have been possible. Before we had received a completed Fire Risk Assessment, H3 worked from building plans to ensure that the equipment was ordered and available to install, over the weekend we managed to secure a date of installation that commenced the following Monday.
